Getting Started

Kick Butts Day is a national day of activism that empowers youth to speak up and take action against Big Tobacco at hundreds of events from coast to coast.  The 17th annual Kick Butts Day will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2012.

As a teacher, youth leader, or health advocate, you can organize these events and mobilize students to raise awareness about the problems of tobacco use in your school or community.

There are the steps to get you started:

Step 1: Download a Kick Butts Day activity guide for ideas to help you create your Kick Butts Day events.
Step 2: Register your event and apply for a mini-grant
Step 3: Get your gear
