If you missed Monday’s webinar, listen to the recording here and check out the slides here. Remember, there’s only 6 days left until mini-grants are due on Tuesday, January 15 at 5 pm ET.

1. First, you need to register an event.

2. Next, you have to fill out a mini-grant application with questions on:

• How your event will reduce tobacco use in your community
• Youth Involvement
• Partnerships
• Publicity/Media
• Special guests
• A budget
• Your proposed use of grant money

3. Finally, save your answers and upload a PDF version of a W9 tax form or proof of non-profit status, a 501(c)(3) form.
