Become a 2017 Youth Advocate of the Year!

Posted by Erica Olmstead on 5 Dec 2016

Every year, we honor exemplary youth advocates from across the country with our Youth Advocates of the Year Awards (YAYA). These youth go above and beyond in every way, working to reduce the toll of tobacco in their communities.

Award winners are honored in May at our annual Gala in Washington, D.C., and receive scholarships, grants, and national attention to support their work. For the following year, winners work closely with the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids on local, state, and federal issues, elevating their voice to make an impact.

Past winners have appeared in People Magazine, spoken alongside the U.S. Surgeon General, and participated in White House events. You could be next!

The deadline to apply for the 2017 Youth Advocate of the Year Awards has passed.
